Yeah man, haha. I gained a lot of weight. Unfortunately, it wasn’t truly all muscle. I didn’t realize that at the time of this writing. Whenever you gain body mass, some is water weight, bone density increases, or fat.
However, I really did gain 30lbs without looking any less defined. I didn’t measure my body fat percentage. In general I don’t like those kinds of measurements because I do these programs for fun, not for the numbers.
I think I’m gonna do this program again but with updates and I’ll actually measure pure muscle gains. We’ll see how it goes.
