Very late response but yes I absolutely agree.

Only thing I would add is the ethical benefits of caring where your animals come from. Factory farming is not only less healthy for you the consumer, but horrific for the animal, the environment etc etc. Just don’t do it.

Very late response but yes I absolutely agree. I’m big on supporting regenerative agriculture these days, and the main reason is ethical.
