While I don’t agree with all your nutritional advice (I am vegan and follow a whole food plant based diet) — this was a well-written piece and as a 51-year old I will definitely be taking this into consideration when planning my weekly workout schedule. You are young but that doesn’t take one bit from your writing. Keep it up!
