Thank you sir! I find that it can be hard starting new habits, but using timers and writing out your plan ahead of time helps a lot. After a few weeks practicing, things start to become subconscious. We all do many different things by habit, so even if a productive routine seems stock full of too many things, over time we really can make it normal.
