So I actually just started Awareness through movement by Feldenkrais, and am looking into ABC chiropractic for deeper knowledge.
You may enjoy the work of a guy named David Weck. He’s how I heard of feldenkrais.
This article, and supple leopard are a great foundation in my opinion, but I think fascia and deep biomechanics are incredible and complex.
Action is better than inaction, and I think the stuff here will get people acting, but I’m very interested in getting far far deeper with my personal awareness.
