It’s funny, I got many of the same benefits, and increased testosterone, by increasing my red meat intake but otherwise doing what y’all did. There isn’t much of a true, reliable, data-based link between red meat consumption and increased mortality (processed meat is a different story.) However, processed food, gluten, sugar, and to an extent dairy, are probably bigger culprits of disease. Also pesticides and the like. Glad this worked for you. Obviously everyone has different needs and nutrition is excessively personal, but if there is one common link between all healthy diets, it’s this: eat real food. Cut out anything and everything that is processed with chemicals. Same goes for processed sugar. If it doesn’t grow in the ground or walk the earth, don’t eat it.
