I noticed this too. However, overall I sleep much better. I feel that I can fall asleep more quickly, though I also wake up more easily.

During the first week, I’d go to sleep, then wake twice in the night, but I’d fall back asleep easily and get up in the morning feeling well rested.

I use a sleep quality tracker and it showed higher quality sleep despite the interruptions.
