I am so glad to hear this. Yes, cyclic ketosis can be very confusing to implement. I much prefer to just do a weekly “refeed” day and do what I call “intuitive” ketosis.
Honestly I’ll usually include carbs every 2 to 3 days and more often if I’m training hard.
I just try to generally eat ketogenic, and eat higher amounts of health carbs at least once a week.
So far it feels great.
