Hey Man! Just read it! Glad to see there are others talking about this subject! As an avid athlete, I love exercise and training, but I know for a lot of people, they just want to be more healthy and exercise is a chore. Furthermore, many athletes are damaging their health with overtraining and poor nutrition but don’t realize it.

I think it’s awesome finding this alternate training modality that offers true health benefits, while being easy for non-exercisers, great for avid exercisers, and that essentially Deletes one of the most unhealthy aspects common to modern life: stagnation.
